Sultan Qaboos Award for Excellence in eGovernment 2014

International jury evaluation 1 to 5 November 2014 in Muscat, Oman
I was a member of the international jury for the Sultan Qaboos Award for Excellence in eGoverment 2014. The jury evaluated a total of 70 of projects from 39 entities competing for Oman eGovernment Award.
The award aspires to bring about a qualitative transformation in public-service delivery in Oman by honouring technology projects that have resulted in exceptional achievement of impact and innovations in harnessing information technology for electronic services.
It invites Omani entities to bolster the national information society by nurturing an interactive, proactive and reactive e-community in support of e.oman vision and strengthen ICT utilisation for higher economic, social and cultural progress in Oman.
